Bird Safe Windows Network is free to homeowners because of the people and organizations who fund it. Your support directly translates into materials, trained installers, and birds saved.
The scale of the problem is enormous — up to a billion birds a year — but the solution is unusually tractable. Bird-safe treatments are proven and low-cost. The community installation model is efficient and replicable. And every dollar funds materials and trained installers that protect multiple windows, multiple homes, and the birds that pass through them for years to come.
We are in the process of formalizing our donation infrastructure. In the meantime, the best way to help is to join our list so we can reach you when giving opens — and to tell others about the program.
