This waiver covers your Bird Safe Windows site assessment and installation visit. Please review before your scheduled appointment. By allowing our trained interns to assess and treat your windows, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
This waiver is required for all Bird Safe Windows volunteers and interns prior to participating in site assessments, installations, or any field activities. Please review, sign, and return to your node coordinator before your first shift.
